We are particularly pleased that Franziska and Robert have entered into a union of life in accordance with the old tradition.<\/p>\n
The day before we already meet at the Berlin-Charlottenburg registry office, where both of them say \u201cI do\u201d in a civil ceremony. So that the old gods give their permission for the still outstanding pagan marriage, the two of them visit the Liuba grove in L\u00fcbben (Spreewald). At the sanctuary located there, they make their offerings to the goddess Liuba – who is the goddess of lovers.<\/p>\n

But not only Franziska and Robert are cheerfully tempered on this day. We friends of course do not miss the opportunity to surprise both of them with a warm welcome and to celebrate them in our group.<\/p>\n
At midnight, the bridal couple arrives at a secret place with their groomsmen, friends and the priests couple to celebrate the ancient rite of the holy marriage. Here Franziska and Robert swear eternal loyalty and solidarity under the Irminsul, and the gold interwoven ribbon with which the lovers’ hands are tied seals their holy covenant for all time.<\/p>\n
