It is the beginning of March – Mrs. Earth is still wrapped in her frosty white robe. The cold wind blows across the wide fields and flat meadows of Brandenburg.<\/p>\n

Our first wedding this year takes us southeast of Berlin to the Germanic Longhouse<\/a> in Kr\u00fcgersdorf. Here Justine & Sebastian have already been married in a civil ceremony in the morning. But today they want to celebrate their heart’s desire – to marry according to the old tradition – with a proper Germanic wedding.<\/p>\n

The wedding party is welcomed at the inn with a festively laid coffee table and immediately gets into the right mood for the coming hours.<\/p>\n

Later, as Justine & Sebastian pass through the bridal arch, the sacred marriage ceremony begins. All guests rise from their seats to show their respect and appreciation.<\/p>\n

After the traditional ritual cleansing, the bride and groom enter the marriage temple. Accompanied by romantic harp sounds, the couple promise each other eternal fidelity and commitment. This promise is sealed by the handfasting. A ribbon specially made for the bride and groom encloses both hands and thus both lifes for all time. With their deeply felt love, Justine & Sebastian warm the hearts of all present – and so finally also the heart of Mrs. Earth.<\/p>\n

Further highlights follow in the evening hours. We are still looking forward to a torch dance, a flame celebration and a sword consecration. Dear Justine and dear Sebastian, we wish you all the best for your future together. May you always be as happy as you are today!<\/p>\n
