At the edge of the Swabian Alb we have an appointment with Jana and Michael today. We are very happy to see them again after a long time. We remember with pleasure their marriage ceremony in May 2014<\/a>, as well as the naming ceremony of their first-born son Erik<\/a>. We have already had some defining experiences with you. Therefore, it fills us with pride to also be able to host the pagan baptism for your second-born son Bj\u00f6rn.<\/p>\n

During the ceremony, the guests listen intently to the explanations about the meaning of the name and the interaction of the forces of nature. Bj\u00f6rn, who is now three years old, is brought into contact with all four elements during his naming ceremony (also called pagan baptism). Not only the purifying water is used, but also the gifts and qualities of earth, air and fire are bestowed upon him. At the end of the consecration hour, Bj\u00f6rn’s name rune is lit and all guests gather for a joint photo under the burning Berkana symbol.<\/p>\n

Dear Jana, dear Michael, we would like to thank you and all those present for this beautiful day. We wish you, dear Bj\u00f6rn, be strong, empathic and full of self-confidence! May the old gods and the great Mother, who is the oldest and wisest, always watch over your family and always protect you!<\/p>\n
