Moin, Moin – we are well recovered from our short summer break and are now full of anticipation for our next marriage ceremony. Here, on the wildly romantic Jade Bay, we want to breathe in the fresh North Sea air. We meet Jacqueline and Michael for their wedding ceremony in Wilhelmshaven, right by the North Sea.<\/p>\n

Their hearts have been beating to the same beat for 25 years now. Together they have experienced adventures, overcome challenges and created memories. That’s why they now want to crown their silver wedding anniversary with a pagan ceremony and celebrate their everlasting love with family and friends.<\/p>\n
In the early evening, the couple enter the ceremony site and are duly welcomed by their guests. During the sacred ceremony, the gods of all four cardinal points are invoked and the seagulls caw their approval from the blue North Sea sky. When Jacqueline and Michael promise each other respect and an eternal bond to the sound of romantic harp music, everyone present is deeply moved.
\nThe pair of priests unite the lovers according to an ancient pagan custom. From then on, this handfasting seals their physical and spiritual union. When the children also express their consent to the parents’ renewed marriage, the family happiness is perfect. The seagulls look down on the new union from the sky and carry the marriage vow out into the world.<\/p>\n
