Late summer lies over the land. The fields are bathed in the golden light of the sun, and the last blossoms sway in the warm breeze. For today’s wedding ceremony, our journey takes us to picturesque Eilsbrunn. Here, just outside Regensburg, Gloria and Christian step before the ancient gods to seal their marriage vows.

In harmony with nature and ancient traditions, the sacred wedding ceremony begins. During the ceremony, four messengers are sent out in all four directions. The messengers ask the gods whether they consent to the marriage of Gloria and Christian. Delighted, our bride and groom receive the divine blessing for their spiritual union.

Surrounded by family, friends and witnesses, Gloria and Christian vow everlasting fidelity and devotion to one another. And just as the special wedding band encircles the lovers’ hands, so too are their hearts and destinies now intertwined. Freely chosen, yet firmly bound together!

After the ceremony, the wedding party gathers for a celebratory banquet. At the world’s oldest pub the evening is filled with speeches, heartfelt words and good wishes.

Later, eheleite.com invites everyone to dance. To the tune of medieval melodies, everyone dances merrily and joyfully.

As the first stars begin to twinkle in the evening sky, another highlight of this wedding day unfolds. The glow of a magnificent torchlight procession lights up the night and culminates in a magical bonfire celebration. Beneath the burning runes, we whisper stories from a time long past. Accompanied by atmospheric music, a perfect day comes to an end for Gloria and Christian.

Dear Gloria, dear Christian, we would like to thank you for allowing us to spend your special day with you and your guests. We wish you all the very best from the bottom of our hearts and a happy, loving life together. May our common gods always watch over you!
