In Aalen we perform the consecration celebration for little Luisa on Sunday. Luisa resides in the world for seven moons now. So it is high time to
arrange the first party for her.
Melanie and Richard are proud parents and Papa Richard is a bit excited. We already know the two of them, as they were guests on Jana’s und Michael’s marriage. Jana and Michael are also present today. They are Godi and Gedi, therefore godfathers. They promise to little Luisa: to be there for her, whenever they should be needed in life.
Luisa, parents and guests listen to the harp sounds, which spin the nornthread for Luisa. They weave into it what the Norns whisper and advise.
Now the name explanation follows. Since the Christian name doctrine wants us to make believe that Luisa is the female form of the name Louis (and therefore stemmed from Ludwig and Chlodwig), we must put this religiously motivated misinterpretation right. Of course one knows as a name skilled pagan that the first name Luisa has its origin in the name Alwisi (the all-knowing). With Alwisi or Alwisa the Franconian pagans have addressed their high priestesses. This is where todays name Luisa originates from; and the name forms Ludwig, Chlodwig, Louis or Ludoviga are, in turn, only derivations from there and not reversed.
Parents and godparents give Luisa positive attributes and good wishes for her journey through life. The burning of the name rune Laguz finally forms the fiery and dignified conclusion of Luisa’s pagan baptism.

Hallo,wir sind die Großeltern von Luisa!Wir fanden die Namensweihe sehr,sehr schön.Wir waren beeindruckt wie viel Arbeit im Detail darin steckt um eine so persönliche Zeremonie abzuhalten.Es war interessant zu sehen und zu hören was die Namensweihe bedeutet.Ihr ward sehr nett und freundlich und hattet danach noch Zeit für tolle Gespräche.Super!

Wir sind sehr dankbar, dass es Euch gibt und ihr uns bei der Gestaltung eines Lebensfestes für unsere Tochter unterstützt habt!
Trotz einer eher allgemein kirchlich geprägten Gesellschaft (ob gläubig oder nicht) wurde eure Zeremonie von unseren Gästen persönlicher, nachvollziehbarer und tiefgründiger empfunden als eine christliche “Standard-Taufe”.
Kurz gesagt: Eure Worte und Taten kamen an und das erfüllt uns besonders mit Stolz!
Wir sind auch für die persönliche Vor- und Nachbereitung des Festes sehr dankbar!
