Julia and Christian’s wedding ceremony took place in a romantic grove during the hot afternoon. They exchanged their wedding vows under the sacred Yggdrasil tree. And, as befits a Viking wedding, it is not only the wedding ceremony that takes place in nature. Of course, the celebration also took place under the open sky.
At our concluding flame ceremony, the first stars were already twinkling in the evening sky. Everyone present felt the magic of the moment when our bride and groom lit the fire. By the light of the flames, we whisper stories from Norse mythology and listen to atmospheric music. Under the gaze of all those present, Julia and Christian now exchange their wedding gifts by the fire.
