Name-Consecration on 12 July 2015 in Peine
At a name-consecration (also called pagan baptism) the person to be baptized is being brought into contact with all four elements. So it is not only the cleansing water being used, but the gifts and qualities of earth, air and fire are also being bestowed on the young person.
Pagan Wedding on 11 July in Lüneburg
Right beside the River Ilmenau we wedded Imke-Aïta and Jan. The young bridal couple from Lüneburg promised on the banks of the river everlasting love and life-long loyalty. At best wedding weather not only the blue sky shined and the bride, but also the 43 guests.
Handfasting at the Summer Solstice on 20 June 2015 at Beeskow Castle
On 20 June 2015 Anika and Michael got married according to old way and custom. Eheleite.com had the great honor of being allowed to arrange the pagan ceremony and the flame ceremony in the evening for the bridal couple from Berlin. Beeskow Castle is located on a small Spree Island, not far from the outskirts of Berlin. At 13 o’clock already (when all the rain clouds had disappeared) the medieval pagan marriage ceremony began. As Anika and Michael stepped in front of our altar and everyone present rose up, the first pulled out their handkerchiefs from sheer emotions.
Celtic Wedding on 13 June 2015 Berlin
In the Lower River Havel, just before the Wannsee in Berlin, the small Island of Lindwerder is located. The island is just big enough for a restaurant with terrace and a lovely fairground in the midst of nature. Sailing yachts and pleasure boats sail past here, and the blue sky and the shallow swell of the Havel play their part to encase the ceremony place with a magical atmosphere. The island can only be reached by a ferry link, which is why one is quite undisturbed here.
