We look back on an eventful year with joy and pride.
We have been guests in Brandenburg, Bavaria, Lower Saxony, Baden-Württemberg, Saxony-Anhalt, Saxony, Austria and the Czech Republic. We meet our bridal couples in historic mills, on lush green meadows and hills surrounded by nature or even in the snow-covered winter kingdom of the Snow Queen.
The dark season has arrived and we are travelling to Chomutov in northern Bohemia. Here, where the trade routes Prague – Leipzig and Eger – Aussig once met, many kind people come together again today. They all want to accompany Maik into a new phase of his life. It is a very special honour for Eheleite.com to be part of this celebration. After all, we met Maik and his Stefanie over 7 years ago and united them as a married couple according to the old custom.
It is the end of September and we are guests in Austria. Mystically, the mountain peaks of Salzburg Country are shrouded in mist today. Here on the Trattberg, high up in the clouds and far away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life, a feeling of freedom sets in. And our bride and groom feel exactly the same. They choose this special place to pledge their life covenant before the Old Gods and the Great Mother.
It is the time of the equinox. In the still warm glow of the mild sun, the foliage of the trees shimmers in the most glorious colours.
Frauke and Mathias have chosen this romantic time to seal their marriage. In Herrenberg we meet our happy bride and groom for the secret marriage ceremony.
At the end of Petra’s and Roman’s wedding day comes the evening highlight. As the last rays of the sun go out, the glow of the magnificent torchlight dance lights up the dark night sky. A magical atmosphere is created at our final flame celebration. No one can escape the goosebumps as the bridal couple lights the fire. Under the burning runes we murmur stories from long ago and listen to the atmospheric music.
