After fourteen days already, our way led us into the beautiful townlet Belzig again, which is located in the Flaming Heath (South-Brandenburg). At Eisenhardt Castle in Bad Belzig Michaela and Martin fulfilled all registry office formalities to move on to the Springbach Mill after, where the medieval ceremony should take place.
The forty guests and the twenty of us dressed up and you could gaze at many nice medieval vestures, when the bridal couple arrived at the festival location at one o’clock. Michaela and Martin chose the Springbach Mill outside of Belzig and the wonderful located mill restaurant lived up to its good reputation. After a hearty welcome, precisely at three o’ clock our pagan wedding ceremony begins, which seals Michaela’s and Martin’s bond for life. In front of all friends, the family and to the whole world is being proclaimed: Michaela and Martin are henceforth a married couple; a handfasting has bound them for good!
After coffee and cake have been enjoyed abundantly, eheleite.com asked for popular folk dances on the dancefloor of the venerable mill. The dance-crazy guests did not put us on hold for long and the dance floor was filled quickly. Even after several quick rounds the guests did not tire out and if it had not been time for the buffet, then we would have been able to keep on dancing like that for long. When groom Martin tapped the beer barrel then and his Michaela poured out beer for everybody, eheleite.com took leave of the bridal couple and the guests: We enjoyed the fun with you and it gave us great pleasure, to get to know such a dance-crazy company!
