This weekend we are heading to Münchsmünster in Upper Bavaria.
Long ago, our Celtic ancestors settled in this gentle hilly landscape. Even today, a ring wall in the nearby town of Manching bears witness to this. It is considered the largest of its kind in Europe.

So far, spring has truly not spoiled us with warmth and sunshine. Instead, it has been frosty cold or raining cats and dogs. But now, at last, nature is turning a soft green and the golden spring sun is beaming down on us from the blue sky. Birds are chirping their songs in the young leaves of the trees.

It is the beginning of March – Mrs. Earth is still wrapped in her frosty white robe. The cold wind blows across the wide fields and flat meadows of Brandenburg.
